To make a EXANGE/RETURN please contact us within 14 days of recieving the parcel.
If you want to exange/return you will be required to pay for the return shipping and also shipping for the new item. We do not refund shipping since it has already been payed for.
So PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ORDER SAMPLES BEFORE YOU PURCHASE FABRIC.
-The item has to be undamaged and unused condition.
-The item must to be returned to us within 14 days from receiving package.
-No refonds on cut fabric under 2m, preorder items and on digital sewing patterns.
-No refunds on shipping.
