ORDERING
How do I order?
To order 2m fabric you add 2 items in the cart.
How long is one item?
One item is 1 meter unless 0,5m choise is awailable. If you order several pieces you get it in one whole piece.
What is the fabric width and how much does the fabric weigh?
You can find the weigh and width in each items info. The fabrics are usually 140-150cm wide.
Can I order a sample?
Yes, we offer fabric samples in the webshop. webshop.
How do I change language or currency?
The prices are in swedish crown but its possible to choose currency and language. Language is changes up in the right corner and currency in the pink box on right side.
Whaty payment methods do you offer?
We offer payment with cards, klarna and stripe
SHIPPING
How much is the shipping?
The shipping is calculated by weight and you can see how mutch it will be in checkout by clicking on the country button.
Please not that for large orders we might have to change the shipping as the shipping calculator is not always 100% accurate. If you want to be sure of the shipping price for heavy orders please contact us beforehand.
EXPRESS SHIPPING is also available in the check out. finns även att välja i kassan,
How long will the shipping take?
We normally send within a week if we have everything in stock. Please note that we are a small shop and cant keep the same speed as a large warehouse.
(Work days) Sweden 1-3 days , Europe 5-7 days Rest of the world 5-14 days Please note these time frames may be longer around holidays and if we have alot of order the packing time can be a bit longer. If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time frame, please notify us immediately.

What is my tracking number?
When we have finnished your order you get a confirmation email with the tracking. Please check your trash mail aswell.

NEW BREXIT-INFORMATION!
If you want to order items for a value under 135gbp, you can order from our Etsy page as they manage the import taxes. We have a smalle range on Etsy so feel free to ask us to add the item you would like to order if its missing there. We also offer digital sewing patterns.
RETURS AND ORDER CHANGES
My item is damaged/ can I change color?
If your item is damaged or you would like to change item, please contact us within 14 days.
Note that if you would like to change an item or send items back you will have to pay for the shipping.
We dont refund shipping as it has already been payed for.
Terms for refund/exchange
-The item has to be undamaged and unused.
-The item has to be shipped to us within 14 days of recieving.
-No refund for fabrics and ribbons under 2m, custom items and digital sewing patterns.
-No refund on shipping.
SEARCH PARCELS / LOST PARCELS
When your order is ready you will recieve and automatic email with your tracking number. Please check spam folder if not.
If a parcel is lost, please contact us emediately. If the transporter has lost the parcel we will report it and prepare you a new parcel. The transporter reserve the right to search for 23 days.
100% SAFE ORDERING
When ordering with us your information will be safe. You can choose to pay with paypal, strip or klarna who will handle your payment details.
INTEGRITY POLICY
When you order we have to collect som data to proceed with your order. We do not sell or distribute your information to third party for any purpuse.
We can use your information for:
-Send forms with questions about the quality of our products and services.
– Send promotional emails about new products, discounts, special offers, etc (only if subscribed).
SEWING PATTERNS
Runfridr costumes is a part of HFS. We sell Runfridr sewing patterns that are for private use only.
