This chintz is a reproduction of a fabric that was used as a lining on a folk shawl in Dalarna. The fabric is from the 18th century and has been a garment (maybe a jacket) and was reused in the 19th century as a lining.

Denna kattun är en reproduktion av ett tyg som använts som foder på en kattunsjal från Dalarna. Tyget är från 1700-talet och var usprungligen ett plagg (kanske en tröja) som återanvändes som foder senare under 1800-talet.
